Envisioned as a catalyst project to spur new investment in this area of South Dallas, Malcolm’s Point Retail will be a new community commercial hub. The building is conceived as an open and welcoming beacon for neighborhood gathering, as well as a vessel to encourage and facilitate the thriving of local businesses. This manifested in the design through a rhythm of contrasting solid and glazed areas on the facade.  A generous landscape design surrounds the retail building and provides quality outdoor space for visitors and patrons of the building’s tenants.  The retail development will compliment the Owner’s concurrent adjacent residential development and bring activity and street life to this key South Dallas intersection.
