A former industrial warehouse most recently housing a laundry service, this set of buildings has been re-imagined for new uses.  Of prime importance is the creation of a new common exterior space, shaded, of course, from the harsh Texas sun.  Future tenant suites will open onto the new concourse.  New storefronts are created on the building frontage, along the concourse, and at the former loading dock.  A vibrant complex with a mix of uses is envisioned, with potential uses including: a coffee shop, brewery, restaurant, creative office, recreation/gym facilities, warehousing, etc.
