Sometimes, a tenant needs to move in right away. Landlord-provided spec suites serve as an easy way to make that happen. The goal is to provide a great space with a solid floor plan, that any tenant could envision themself in. The finishes are simple, leaving space for individual branding. This spec suite is intentionally designed to allow the suite to be split in two: leaving two breakrooms, two sets of open and private offices, and two reception spaces…all with just a demising wall. This gives the landlord additional flexibility to provide for smaller tenant sizes.
