This 1970’s era concrete strip mall is in a prime location near Lover’s Lane on Greenville Avenue in Dallas. The facade had received a strange clay tile roof addition at some point and simply felt tired and dated. The new renovations draw inspiration from mid-centrury retro modernism and googie architecture, utilizing a simple swoop profile to create a clean signage band and wrapping it at the corners to create dynamism and movement. A vertical signage tower creates a bold visual identity for the shopping center.
