These elements help create a refined yet inviting hospitality experience at Birdies, a golf simulator bar in Dallas’ Victory Park neighborhood. Situated on a corner site, the design balances the openness of expansive glass with the simulators’ need for controlled lighting. The simulators are placed along the interior wall, with the bar and lounge positioned near the large windows—offering a bright, welcoming entrance for every guest.

The simulators are pretty amazing too.
