Recipient of NAIOP’s Best of NTX Award for Best Office Development: This project reimagines a nearly dead shopping mall into a new creative office complex.  Part of a larger mixed-use development that includes residential and restaurant uses, the creative office will offer a unique workplace environment in this growing part of Collin County.  Our scope included the design of the common interior amenity spaces which will be shared by all the office tenants.  Taking advantage of the existing structure and natural light present in the concourse, the design strives to highlight key moments with natural light and create generous transitions between public and tenant space.
